Become a Balint Group leader
Balint Groups are best led by one, and ideally two, trained leaders. Balint Groups are subtly different from other supervision groups, and while those with experience in supervision groups will find that many of their skills are transferable, specific training in Balint Group leadership is quite useful.
Leadership training is offered by the Society in the form of Leadership Training Intensive meetings and full Credentialing which includes attendance at several Intensives and formal supervision by an approved supervisor over a two year period.
